Victoria began teaching yoga & fitness classes in 2012 & has spent the past 12 years teaching in Baltimore, Washington DC, Los Angeles & Mexico. She splits her time between Los Angeles & Mexico, teaching primarily through her online studio ensuring she stays connected to her students while offering retreats a couple times a year.

Victoria has a passion for yoga, movement & sports. Truly these have changed her life and transformed not just her body, but her mind. She’s recognized how physical movement focuses our mind, helps us manages anxiety/stress & deeply connects us to our body. Yoga transformed Victoria's life and she became passionate in sharing & guiding others in the same way.

 

Her yoga background is deeply rooted in Ashtanga Yoga & she’s dedicated over 10 years to this tradition. She’s practices with Mark Robberds in Bali, a certified Ashtanga Teacher. Not as rigid as most Ashtangis, she also loves learning & teaching other class styles that include cross training & functional movement.

When she isn’t teaching, she loves surfing or skateboarding either in Los Angeles or Puerto Escondido, Mexico. Music is her first true love & she’s a lead singer of a band in Mexico. Her philosophy in life has always been to pursue whatever opportunity presents itself.
